Hermon YFC organised a tractor run in celebration of their 80th anniversary and raised £600 for Ward 11, the stroke ward, at Withybush Hospital.

Jac Griffiths, Chairman of Hermon YFC, said: “Raising £600 was a great achievement. I’m proud that we held the run and raised money for a great cause.

“I’d like to thank all of the leaders and members of the Hermon YFC; Jac Vaughan, a frequent organiser of different tractor runs in the area, for helping us organise the run; Midway Motors for starting the run at their facility, and finally all that attended.”

Nicola Llewelyn, Head of Hywel Dda Health Charities, the official charity of Hywel Dda University Health Board, said: “We’d like to say a massive thank you to Jac and all members of Hermon YFC for choosing to support us during their 80th anniversary.

“The support of our local communities enables us to provide services over and above what the NHS can provide in the three counties of Hywel Dda and we are extremely grateful for every donation we receive.”
