Josh climbed Pen y Fan, Cadair Idris and Yr Wyddfa to raise the funds, and was joined by a mixture of operational and non-operational personnel from Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
While taking part in the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge, Group Manager Phil Morris and On-Call Firefighter Darren Davies demonstrated exceptional bravery and commitment to safety by carrying an injured person for over three miles.
Josh said: “Thanks to everyone who supported me with this challenge. The second mountain, Cadair Idris, was the hardest one to conquer but with the motivation and drive from the team around me, I got to the summit.”
Nicola Llewellyn, Head of Hywel Dda Health Charities, said: “We’d like to say a massive thank you to Josh. We’re so inspired by our fundraisers and the amazing challenges they take on in support of local NHS services.
“The support of our local communities enables us to provide services over and above what the NHS can provide in the three counties of Hywel Dda and we are extremely grateful for every donation we receive.”
