A regular gift is one of the most effective ways to support patients, staff and services across Hywel Dda.

By choosing to give monthly, you can provide ongoing support to the hospital, ward, department or service that matters most to you. Alternatively, you can support our Making a Difference general fund, which means that your donations will support projects across the Health Board.

No matter the size of your gift, regular giving provides funding we can depend on and which helps us plan ahead, fund important projects and improve experiences for patients, families and staff.

Your regular gift could help to:

  • Fund equipment and resources beyond NHS provision
  • Support patient wellbeing projects and activities

Regular giving doesn't have to be a large commitment to make a significant difference.

  • £5 a month could provide simple extras that bring comfort and kindness when patients need it most.
  • £10 a month could help support wellbeing activities and projects.
  • £20 a month could contribute towards specialist equipment and innovative initiatives.

Over time, these gifts add up and help create lasting improvements across our health board.

How to set up a regular gift

Setting up a monthly donation is quick and secure through our online giving platform, Enthuse.

Simply:

  1. Click the Donate button above.
  2. Choose Monthly Donation when prompted.
  3. Enter the amount you would like to give each month.
  4. Complete your contact and payment details.
  5. Include details of the fund, hospital or service you would like to support.
  6. Add Gift Aid if you are eligible, helping your donation go even further at no extra cost to you.
  7. Confirm your donation.

Once your gift has been set up, your donation will be collected automatically each month, and you can amend or cancel it at any time  – click here for more information (opens in new tab).

You’ll also receive a welcome pack confirming your sign up and providing more information on how your kind gift will make a difference to patients, communities and staff.
